Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Proximum app and this website. By installing or using Proximum, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use Proximum on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse‑engineer, or attempt to extract the source of the app.

Free trial and purchases

Proximum is free to download and includes a trial period during which premium customization is unlocked. After the trial, some features may require a one‑time purchase or subscription. All payments are processed by Apple under its terms; refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Your calendar data

Proximum displays events from calendars you connect. You're responsible for the accuracy of that data and for maintaining access to the underlying accounts (iCloud, Google, Exchange). Proximum is a display tool and does not create, edit, or delete your events.

Availability

We work to keep Proximum reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error‑free. Features may change, and support for older iOS versions may end over time.

Disclaimer and liability

Proximum is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for missed events, indirect losses, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Always confirm important events in your primary calendar.

Trademarks

Apple, iOS, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Proximum is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Proximum after an update means you accept the revised terms.
